1 lb Tri-Tip Steak
1 Tbs Garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup Sam Choy's Spicy Oriental Vinaigrette
1 cup Sam Choy's Wasabi Vinaigrette
3 cups Stir-Fry Vegetables

Marinate meat with garlic, salt, pepper and vinaigrettes for a couple of hours or even overnight. When ready, either bake or cook in a pan, making sure to turn over back and forth while heating. Add stir-fry vegetables to pan and cook. Remove cooked steak and slice for presentation if desired. Enjoy!
