3 lbs pork tenderloin 1 Tbs Hoisin sauce 1 Tbs catsup 1 Tbs soy sauce 2 Tbs garlic, minced 2 Tbs ginger, grated 1/2 tsp sugar to taste - salt & white pepper, Chopped macadamia nuts, for garnish Season pork with salt, grated ginger, garlic and white pepper. Mix ingredients and marinate pork for 1 hour. Sauce 2 Tbs soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp garlic 1 tsp mirin 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp chili oil 1/4 tsp cilantro Mix all ingredients in a bowl till sugar dissolves. Grill pork and brush with marinade frequently until desired doneness. Let tenderloin rest for a few minutes before slicing. Pour sauce over pork and garnish with macadamia nuts. Brown in oven if desired.
