3 oz pork chops salt and pepper to taste 2 tbs garlic minced Mango and Brown Sugar Glaze: 1/2 tsp cinamon 1/4 cup citrus juice 3 tbs brown sugar 2 cups fresh mango, julienne Season pork chops and pan fry in wok. Add the remaning ingredients and let simmer until cooked. Place the pork chops in top of a bed of rice. Mix mango glaze ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Garnish with Chinese parsley.

Cover and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Dressing: 10 oz Russian salad dressing 1 jar mango perserves 1 pkg onion soup mix 1 cup fresh mango cubed 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes Place chicken in roasting pan. Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 deg. for 45 mins to an hour.
