7 fresh large oysters 1 cup flour & cornmeal mixture cajun spice, to taste 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce 1 qt. peanut oil white pepper, to taste French bread Season oysters with cajun spice, tabasco and white pepper. Dust lightly with cornmeal/flour mixture. Deep fry. Sauce 1 cup ketchup 1 Tbs horseradish 2 Tbs mayonnaise 2 tsp shoyu 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce hot pepper flakes 1 tsp chili paste 1 Tbs chopped green onions sliced tomatoes and lettuce, as desired Combine all ingredients except tomatoes and l ettuce in small bowl. Take the center out of the French bread. Spread sauce over bread. Fill with oysters. Add tomatoes and greens. Enjoy!
1 round eggplant Stuffing Mixture 1 cup fresh shrimp 1 Tbs cilantro, chopped 1 tsp garlic, minced 1 tsp ginger, minced hot pepper flakes pepper, to taste 1 Tbs shoyu 1 egg (white only) 3 Tbs corn meal & flour Coating flour egg white cornmeal & flour 1 quart peanut oil, for frying Dipping Sauce 2 Tbs grated daikon 1 Tbs shoyu 1 Tbs sugar pinch of cilantro bed of greens Stuff eggplant with filling. Coat with flour, dip in egg white, and dust with cornmeal/flour mixture. Deep fry. Layer on a bed of mixed greens. Combine ingredients for dipping sauce and serve on the side.
