1 lb asparagus, sliced into 1 pieces 1 Tbs minced fresh ginger 1 Tbs minced garlic 1/4 cup chicken broth 1 Tbs shoyu 1/2 tsp sugar 2 Tbs light vegetable oil 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbs black goma sesame seeds Heat the oil in a wok. Add the asparagus, ginger and garlic. Cook about 1 minute. Add the chicken broth, shoyu, sugar and sesame seeds. Cook another minute. Remove from pan and enjoy!
