Stuffed Chicken Wings with Shrimp Hash

1/2 lb Ground Shrimp
1 oz Water Chestnut
1 ea Egg
1 oz Green Onions
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
12 ea Chicken Wings, de-boned
Flour
Egg Wash

Take ground shrimp, water chestnuts, and egg and whip together. Add green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper, then stir it up. Grab chicken and de-bone by running knife along the bone cutting it out and removing it from the wing. Season meat lightly. Spoon shrimp hash into opening of the wing and wrap close. Place wings in flour, then dip in egg wash and back into flour. Place sections on a platter and prepare to deep fry. Fry chicken parts and serve when finished. Enjoy!

Seasoned Flour
6 oz Calamari, sliced
12 ea Baby Artichokes
1 Lemon, thinly sliced
4 oz Tako (octopus)
3 cup Tempura Batter (keep cool with a small amount of ice)
16 ea Shrimp

Season calamari a bit and place into a bowl of flour. Add artichokes and lemon then mix to cover ingredients with flour. Place contents into frying basket and shake excess flour off. Deep fry in a large pan of oil. Remove from pan when done. Slice tako (octo
