Tri-Tip Steak & Stir-Fry

1 lb Tri-Tip Steak
1 Tbs Garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup Sam Choy's Spicy Oriental Vinaigrette
1 cup Sam Choy's Wasabi Vinaigrette
3 cups Stir-Fry Vegetables

Marinate meat with garlic, salt, pepper and vinaigrettes for a couple of hours or even overnight. When ready, either bake or cook in a pan, making sure to turn over back and forth while heating. Add stir-fry vegetables to pan and cook. Remove cooked steak and slice for presentation if desired. Enjoy!

Pasta & Crab Salad

Cooked Pasta
1/2 lb Asparagus, blanched
3 cups Broccoli, steamed
1 cup Cucumber, diced
1 cup Green Bell Peppers, diced
1 cup Red Bell Peppers, diced
1 cup Olives, sliced
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cilantro, minced
1 cup Bean Sprouts
1/4 cup Sam Choy's Wasabi Vinaigrette
1/4 cup Sam Choy's Orange Creamy Wasabi Dressing
1 cup Crab Meat, cooked

Cook pasta and place in salad bowl. Add Asparagus, broccoli, cucumber, peppers and olives. Toss salad and sprinkle salt and pepper. Add sprouts and cilantro. Top with vinaigrette and dressing. Toss lightly. Throw crab meat in and toss again. Serve.
