Thai Beef Salad

1/2 lb Tri-Tip Steak, sliced
1/2 cup Sam Choy's Vinaigrette
3 Carrots, julienne
1 Tbs Garlic, minced
Bed of Baby Lettuce
Bean Sprouts
Mint Leaves, chopped
Chinese Parsley, chopped
Tomatoes, diced

Marinate steak, carrots and garlic with vinaigrette. Then throw into preheated pan and cook. Prepare salad by gathering lettuce (washed), sprouts, mint leaves, parsley and tomatoes on a plate. Top off with the finished Thai Beef. Enjoy!  


Sausages & Sauerkraut;

6 ea Bacon Strips, diced
1/2 Onion, diced
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
3 Tbs Sugar
1 Apple, sliced
4 cups Sauerkraut
8 Sausages

Heat bacon, onions, chicken broth and sugar in saucepan. Add apples. Rinse sauerkraut in water and add to mixture. Let simmer to blend flavors in. Then place sausages (pre-cooked) to pan on top of mixture and let sit and cook. Place sausages in a deep dish plate and layer finished mixture on top.
