Fried Chicken Thighs

4 pcs. deboned chicken thighs
1 cup egg wash
1 cup seasoned flour
salt and pepper to taste

Partially debone chicken by scraping meat from one
side to the other (forming a drumstick). Dredge in flour
then into the egg wash mixture, and then into the seasoned
flour. Steam chicken for 15 - 20 minutes then cool. Heat
oil to 300 - 325 degrees and fry chicken for 4 - 5 minutes
or till golden brown

Vegetable for Sweet & Sour

2 tsp. butter
1/2 cup pineapple (large dice)
1/2 cup red bell peppers (large dice)
1/2 cup yellow bell peppers (large dice)

Heat butter then saute peppers for 2 minutes.
Add pineapples and toss it with the sweet and sour sauce.

Sweet & Sour Sauce

1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbs. ginger
1 Tbs. garlic
1/4 cup cornstarch mixture

Add all ingredients in a sauce pot and bring to a boil.
Whisk in cornstarch mixture till liquid thickens.
