Pulehu Vegetables

Various Vegetables: Squash, Bell Peppers, Red Onions, Zucchini
3 T Minced Garlic
3 T Olive Oil
3 T soy sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cut vegetables into thick slices.  Marinate with olive oil, minced garlic, shoyu, salt and pepper taste.  Place seasoned vegetables on the grill, turning occasionally.  Cook until desired texture.

Pulehu Steaks with Sauté Onions and Mushrooms

New York Steak
Hawaiian salt & Crushed Black Peppercorn
Garlic, minced
1/2 Round Onion, sliced
1 T Olive Oil
1/2 lb Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
3 T Balsamic Vingear
Season steak with Hawaiian salt and crushed black peppercorn to taste.  Top with minced garlic.  Grill steak to your liking.
In a saute pan, heat olive oil and sweat sliced onions and sliced mushrooms seasoned with balsamic vinegar.  Serve grilled steak on a bed of rice or mashed potato topped with sauteed onions and mushrooms.
