Various Vegetables: Squash, Bell Peppers, Red Onions, Zucchini
3 T Minced Garlic
3 T Olive Oil
3 T soy sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cut vegetables into thick slices. Marinate with olive oil, minced garlic, shoyu, salt and pepper taste. Place seasoned vegetables on the grill, turning occasionally. Cook until desired texture.
