Teriyaki Steak

Choose a steak of your choice (Rib eye, NY strip etc), salt and pepper steak, and fry to desired doneness. Once steak is done to your liking cut steak into strips and season with a Teriyaki sauce of your choice 


Tempura Dipping Sauce

One third cup of Aloha shoyu
Four tablespoons Mirin
Two tablespoons Sake
One and one third cups Daishi
Daikon, grated
Fresh ginger, grated
Green onion, thinly sliced

Mix the above ingredients together and enjoy! 


Tempura Batter

Two cups flour
One cup cornstarch
Salt and Pepper to taste
One tablespoon baking powder
One egg, beaten
Two cups cold water

In a large mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients. Add egg and cold water and mix well using a wire whisk.
