Korean Style Kim Chee Pancake

1 cup kim chee (chopped)
4 or 5 pieces raw shrimp (chopped)
One fourth cup beef or pork (chopped)  (1/4 cup)
One half cup flour  (1/2 cup)
One third cup mochiko  (1/3)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Green onion
One half bulb round onion (sliced)

Olive oil for frying.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  Do not over mix.  Using a large spoon, create pancake shapes in the frying pan, fry in olive oil until golden brown.

Shoyu
Garlic  (minced)
Chili pepper
Sesame seed oil
Vinegar

Kalbi

Three to Four pounds Kalbi
Two cups Aloha shoyu
One cup Sugar
One third cup – round onion (chopped or blended)
One teaspoon garlic
One half teaspoon ginger
One quarter cup chopped green onion
One half teaspoon black pepper
Two Tablespoons sesame oil
Four cups water

Mix the above ingredients together and serve.
