Curry Fried Rice - Hinode Contest Winner

2/3 lb ground pork
1/3 cup onion, diced
1 Tablespoon curry powder
1 Teaspoon sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 cups frozen peas & carrots
4 cups cooked rice

Heat 3 Tablespoon oil, stir fry onions until fragrant. Add meat and stir to separate. Fry until color changes. Add the curry powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well. Add the frozen peas and carrots and the rice. Continue to stir fry until mixed well. Serve.


Lisa’s Fried Rice - Hinode Contest Winner

4 cups Jasmine rice
4 Tbsp Oyster sauce
¼ cup Garlic, crushed
Green onions, diced
Cilantro, diced
Basil, diced

 Saute garlic gradually adding onions, cilantro and basil. Slowly stir in pre-cooked rice and oyster sauce. Serve hot.
