Butter Cream Frosting
4 pounds powdered sugar
4 cups high ration shortening (available at Cake Creations or Ed Sung)
1 cup water
4 teaspoons clear butter extract
4 teaspoons clear vanilla extract
Mix the shortening first to take out the lumps. Add all the liquids. Mix until smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
Store in a sealed container. Does not need refrigerating. Shelf life 3 months.
